Ten Witches: The Devourer, Wupeng

According to Chinese mythology, The Classic of Mountains and Seas (“山海经”), the ten witches are ancient human females who inherited divine knowledge from the goddess of Life, Nvwa. They dedicated themselves to discovering the origin of human consciousness. Each specializes in different areas of knowledge. Over thousands of years of research, their bodies and minds have become increasingly distant from those of ordinary humans.
