Céline is the greatest battle strategist in the history of Keep Outers’ Paris Division. Her title “Red Rose” is proof of that. It is a rank for one of three leaders in the Tri-color Rose squad. Her code name is “the Tailor,” deriving from her ability to summon a scissor-like motorcycle that can cut through anything. In the normal human world, she is a fashion designer.

“Tri-color Rose” is a legendary squad in the European battle frontline against Genesi. The squad contains only the best fighters of Keep Outers’ Paris Division.
